Eagle Resort to build 5-star resort in Union

Imagine driving along a highway. You turn north and drive toward a tunnel. As you approach the end of the tunnel, a beautiful mountain ridge appears. A ridge with trees, not scraped bare with houses on it. 

You soak in the beauty of the mountain. As you exit the tunnel, you look down onto a village, a community where affordable houses and luxury homes coexist in the same area with shops, a five-star resort, a golf course and a beautiful lake.

Now, imagine that in Union County.
Hard to imagine? Not anymore. Union County will elevate its rank among the most desirable destinations and desired locations to live in North Georgia and the tri-state area of Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia when The Eagle Group establishes a five-star resort and sustainable community on approximately 1,400 acres in the western part of the county over the next decade.

The project will feature affordable housing and high end housing living and coexisting together. The homes will be architecturally controlled and architecturally sensitive. The homes will surround the resort and a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course.
