New Listings This week, 40 new listings entered the market with listing prices ranging from $79,000 to $475,000.
Sold Homes 9 homes sold during this time frame with prices ranging from $106,500 to $525,000. The home that sold for $106,500 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath towhhouse with a lakeview on .04 acres. The price of $525,000 purchased a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a full unfinished basement and year round lake and mountain view. Under Contract 12 homes went under contract this week with listing prices between $68,900 and $400,000. The lowest listing price, $68,900, was for a 2 bedroom and 2 bath mobile on 1.076 acres. A 3 bedroom and 2 bath log sided home with mountain views in a gated community on 1.2 acres was listed $400,000.
